Not able to open history data

I have exported wedge matrix data to my computer but now it will not open in history. It continues to spool,and must exit skytrak program completely to get out of history page.
It has worked fine until today.
Any ideas?

The same thing is happening to me. I can access everything online on my computer still but whenever I hit shot history on my phone/ipad it just puts a grey square and a loading spool on infinite loop. Let me know if you ever find a fix :/
