Those greens look quick! Actually the whole thing is AWESOME. Are you running it on a computer?

I second the question by Stiggity, what mat and tees are you using Hoosier? I received SkyTrak last Friday and am pondering the best mat to use.

Nice to see some progress. Great video Hoosierdaddy. Thank you for that.

Nice to see that there are no extra sensors for putting. The menu's look a bit clunky to navigate, but like anything else I'm sure you get used to it.

It's all pretty straight forward. And once you get the hang of it you can click right through it. I tried to be slow so everyone could see what I was doing. I hate that when you get some computer savvy dude making a video that clicks so fast your eyes can't keep up.

Bubba, Any videos of the the Skytrak being used with Protee? Or any idea when this might become available?

TGC and Skytrak is a perfect combo. If you add the ProTee sensor to get club data then it makes it even more complete. Hoosier ou will love version 2.7 even more than 2.6[/QUOTE]

I use the real feel country club elite mat since you can use regular tees with it. I bought just the strip to use as an insert and built a platform to use it in.

Any pictures of the platform? I'd just built a platform for the optishot, but since I got SkyTrak I'm looking for new ideas for a more light weight platform.

The mat is a Dura pro and so far I love it. So far this is the only place I found it. And the guy that runs it is a super nice guy. I think the only change needed on this is to eliminate 2 tee holes and move it to the center of the mat. Or closer to the center and get rid of the handle slot then you could turn it around and it would last a long time. I think I am going to put it on the mill at work and try and bore a hole in the center. I also did not use the tee holder that comes with it. I used ones that I had bought for my Protee.

I bought this only because the price was right. $139 is cheap considering what some others cost. And so far I have no complaints. It feels great and the spin numbers are pretty close to right as far as I feel. Some mats are too soft and let you pinch the ball way too much causing wild spin numbers.

I was looking for something cheap as I too am hoping someday the Protee will be able to be used for club data making this the TRIFECTA.

The Tee's are just a castle tee I got from ebay. They are not as good as the 4 yards longer tee's which I also have and use but the 4 yard longer tees are spendy.

Yes I have a gaming computer I built. You need a decent computer to run TGC or you will be missing a lot. Look in the threads on that subject you will see what it takes. You can run it on alot less of a computer than what is posted in many posts but as is true with everything. If you build it for what you need today, tomorrow you will wish for more. And you can bank on that. Some things you can get by on the cheap side. But some you can't. And the computer is a big part of this picture. Don't be cheap here.

Just curious, is the SkyTrak unit getting charged via USB during gameplay?

                  @Rcrush88 I have no idea.

nyb72 the unit only charges when it is turned off. So when you're playing the unit is on and not charging.

@Rcrush88 The Alienware x51 i5 may work but my guess is you'll have to lower a few settings to get it to work and not sure what video card you have but it might be the biggest issue

                    I have this Alienware
                    Alienware X51 R2
4th Generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 Processor (8MB Cache, up to 3.9GHz with Turbo Boost Technology)

And upgraded the video card to this one and it works with no issues
                    GeForce GTX 970

Twitch is the world's leading video platform and community for gamers.

I know this don't belong here but here is e6 with the skyrak. Not even close in eyes to TGC

But they are all fun. Beats hitting into a net in January
