TGC 2019 - Top light red after first shot

Hi All,

I've got a new laptop - the third with Skytrak and TGC over the years. Each time setup has been a journey but this one has me stumped after searching the forum...

The Skytrak range works perfectly, but TGC 2019 will load fine then the top light stays red (bottom 2 green) after my first shot and nothing happens.

• Connected by USB.
• I'm not running Skytrak in the background when TGC is running.
• The unit is level and flush with the top of the hitting mat.
• I've re-installed the software, granted full access to USER on the ProTee folder and repaired Visual C++. I also tried the Beta interface.
• I've removed Mcafee - I plan to use another tool once this is resolved.
• Private and Public access has been granted to the server via Windows Defender.

More info. I realized that removing the read-only tag on the ProTee United folder does not take. I’m an admin on the pc so very confused.

Have you tried conncetion via wifi?
I had usb from the beginning with a lot of disconnections
Changed to wifi and almost no problem.

I think I've seen this before when someone was opening the "TGC Simulator" icon on the desktop instead of the "TGC SkyTrak Interface" icon. Do you have the interface icon and using that one?

Thank you - I am using the Interface and connected via USB. Should I try direct?

Disregard - I tried all 3 connection modes with the same result.
