  • Transferring SkyTrak after Sale

    I saw someone in here say to use the chat to initiate the transfer of their SkyTrak to a new owner. I used the chat today and they simply stated the following:

    To transfer a SkyTrak Launch monitor and membership/simulation, the original owner will need to send an email to the following email address with the new owner account details, your device serial number, and account email address of the new owner. Once this email has been received, we will follow up with you. Please make note of the email id: commercialservice@skytrakgolf.com

      What were you expecting them to say? Pretty easy process. I did it when I sold me skytrak couple years ago

        I just sold mine and that was basically what was told to me.

          be careful if you are buying from someone. I bought mine from someone a few years ago on this site and although the SkyTrak transfer was easy when it came to TGC I got screwed.

          "After reviewing the accounts, the TGC is not able to be transferred to your account. The TGC software can only be transferred one time and the software was not purchased by the previous owner, it was purchased by someone else and transferred to the previous owner. The one transfer has already been used so it can not be transferred again to put it in your name. "
