I just renewed my membership but when I go to the App, product says I have an Invalid Membership. I didn't have this problem for my last renewal.
When I went to Activate, it said I already have a Active Plan after the purchase and it just went into the product web site after entering the S/N.
When I go into Direct Mode...all greens, red laser. Going into Network Mode....all greens, red laser. USB, same.
Does this process take some time to be recognized as an Active Membership even though that's what my account is showing?
I wonder if the other monitors are as much of a pain to use. Always seems to be something with the ST.
