I have been undecided about which simulator I want to upgrade from the optishot. I have been watching the Skytrak for a while now but haven't pulled the trigger due to not wanting to buy an IPad. While waiting for a release date of PC compatibility, I stumbled upon the ProTee TGC coming out in Autumn (just noticed the autumn release day today, was coming soon) that comes with the base ,1 camera and TGC for $2,995. With noticing that, I assume that SkyTrak + TGC will probably be around the same price when it is released. Based on that assumption and with a desktop that will be able to run either product with no problem, my question is which would be a better purchase, if space was not an option? Also what is thought about the longevity of both products? I have never used either products nor seen them in action live, I ask this to both parties who currently own or have used either? I would love to see both in action but I know no one in my area of NC that has them.
If space was an problem, what would the minimum space to be able to use the camera (I think its a horizontal camera included) for ProTee? I have found the picture specs that were posted but wasn't sure about a minimum distances. Also, I think with the ProTee package you would be able to tie in another camera at a later point as well if price was an issue at the start (currently 6,000) for ProTee) if i'm not mistaken.
Thanks.
