I purchased TGC (1 time purchase) so I would always have access, however, my subscription for my Skytrak (game improvement), I just renewed not I can't log on to TGC. Saying I need a activation license. HELP PLEASE.....

I’m guessing it’s one of 2 issues:
1) The renewal didn’t get activated to your device. After you purchase the membership, you get an email to activate the membership. You can check this by going to your account on the Skygolf website and seeing if it shows the correct new membership date for your skytrak
2) if the renewal was applied, try connecting your SkyTrak to the SkyTrak app in network mode so the license is synced up to your device. After that close the SkyTrak app and try TGC again.
