Skytrak Plans Activiation

Hi,

I haven't used my Skytrak in a while.

Just renew the Basic Plan, but the app keeps saying that I have an Invalid Membership. I thought this was a timing thing as I'm in Australia.

But 24hrs later it is still the same.

Do I need to wait longer ?

Contact customer service. They will do the activation immediately.
