Skytrak charger

I just got my hands on a used Skytrak unit, but no wall charger included. I do have the micro USB cable. I'm assuming it can probably be safely charged from any USB port, like from my computer, or from an iPhone wall charger. Is this correct?

What are the output specs for the standard charger (current & voltage)?
