First time posting so thank you for any help you may be able offer.
I have a Skytrak Simulator and a 2 year old HP Omen gaming computer which exceeds all minimum specs.
When I am using the simulator, the monitor disconnects and goes to a blank screen without the ability to reconnect.
I have to power off or unplug the computer to get the monitors to reconnect.
So far I have:
-re-downloaded the SkyTrak Software
-wiped the computer and re-downloaded Windows 11
-hooked up my son's gaming computer with my monitors and HD cables etc. and no issues occurred while playing.
-in settings we turned of the ability of my computer to "sleep"
-I believe that the issues started shortly after upgrading to windows 11 but I am not 100% sure
-I only use the computer for streaming television and the SkyTrak/Golf Club 2019. I do not have this issue when streaming television-only when using the simulator.
