I purchased a renewal for my SkyTrak's GIP earlier this month to allow me to continue to use TGC2019. When I click on the activate link in the email I got when I paid for the renewal, it takes me straight to the SkyTrak Golf home page, not to anything that would suggest I can activate. When I try to login, I enter my credentials, and then it asks me for an ESN. I don't know what an ESN is, and have never been asked to enter that before. SkyTrak_Seth, could you please provide some direction on this?
As a side note, after reading all the issues people are still having with the SkyTrak update that rolled out almost two weeks ago now, I decided not to install it as I don't use the SkyTrak app, and TGC2019 at this point is working for me. Some people are reporting the update is disabling TGC2019 functionality. The stories of SkyTrak's online and phone tech support are pretty unsettling, too. Paying $100 per year to be able to use something I paid $2,000 for up front, the process should be a whole lot more seamless than this. Hoping you can help, Seth! Thanks in advance.
