Skygolf 360 is free for skytrak and skycaddie customers.

That being said, took the ST to the range and had a great session.

My range has yellow balls, out of 90 balls, only 4 didn't register. There were a couple of mis reads (offline by 40 yards on a dead straight drive). but that was getting towards the end of the session and sun was getting up there.

I do see how the sun can affect the ST. Definitely shade is optimum. I'm also carrying a piece of turf (old opti turf) a leve, and 2 wooden door shims to level the unit every time I take it to the net or the range.

So far this is a great investment and I'm looking forward to the sim options coming out in the near future.

Free for how long? Forever, or for 1 year, or some other period of time?

What time of day was it exactly when it had problems recording? It would be very useful to know that?

Most of us here have read all the threads before posting questions. This way we know what's been asked and answered. Alot of your questions have been recently answered. Not trying to beat a dead horse here, but read the sticky's that will catch you up on everything.

I love having my iPhone in my back pocket .... hitting a shot... picking up my ball... just in time to pull out the phone and look at the result.

And the iPhone 6+ has the processing power to Air Play it to the Projector as well!!

Anyone else noticing that post 1.9, some of the clubs selected in Skytrak app then show up on Skygolf as "undefined" ?

@Seth, is that a flaw that SG360 doesn't have the same club data yet and will recognize them later after an upgrade, or is it a synch issue that the club selection is not getting sent up, so they'll never show up correctly ?

Hello, First of all I'm going to Introduce my self, I am new in this forum, but I've been an avid reader of it, also some month ago I am also user of Skytrak.

Here some new screen and apparently some new functionalities show here,in this tech/software developers case of study:

SkyTrak, featured in the ESPN Holiday Gift Guide, aims to help recreational golfers improve their game. They came to the ETR team, looking for a partner who could work with them to strategically develop a software solution that would compliment their hardware experience.

Hi, I purchased a Skytrak from the U.S. And had it shipped to me in the U.K. I have big issues with the distance, for example I'm hitting a 4 iron, which I would normally carry 190 yards, when I know I've hit it pure it comes up around 130-140 yards, 130 is what I expect to hit a wedge in the summer, many people here are interested in having a try, I've told them once I've got the right distances showing, I recently upgraded to 1.9.1 same thing, even had 25mph downwind to help and tried different altitudes, tried reset button on underside twice, same thing, very dissapointed, as these are so expensive, somebody please help! 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

Check your setup and make sure the unit is perfectly level and also at same height of the mat. Are you inside or outside? What balls are you using?

I just received mine today, and began playing with it.

Here are some shots with my 7 iron

                    Here with my 4 iron

I think the way I have it set up s pretty accurate, it even shows my nasty hook. I have mine set up on my turf (which is a County Club Elite). The settings I have not touched, so they are the factory settings. Good luck getting things figured out.

I had a lot of problems with the skytrak registering shots with my 4 iron, the solution was to move the skytrak unit off of the mat that I was using to hit. I now put the skytrak unit on a small portable mat that is the same thickness as the mat I hit from. I suspect that I was hitting the ball slightly fat and it was disrupting the skytrak from registering the shot when it was resting on the same mat I was hitting from.

                        Hey PaulAFC1886

Definitely make sure your unit is level, that's the biggest mistake that can cause mis reads.
Also, try what was suggested about another mat with skytrak on it.

                        Cheers

Just ordered my SkyTrak this evening, can't wait !! Thanks for all the great tech info and discussion to help me feel confident about this purchase.
Just jumped on board with a SkyTrak August 2015 for my birthday present to myself.

My SkyTrak came in today, My daughter and I set it up in our attached garage to play this evening. Other than our garage being two cramped with dual overhead door tracks and fan lights it was great. We have to move it to our detached shop area to set it up permanent but everything worked perfectly with our unit, we are using an ipad mini2 and out-putting to our projector and hitting into a king bed sheet here the first night. I am going to buy the CCE mat and think I want an impact screen to get it set up right. The mat is easy to want and justify but the ole bed sheet deal is not working all that bad so far, how long will it last ??

Your last question will get answered really quick if you pull out a driver. I'm still using a painters tarp (thick canvas) and anything greater than a 5 iron can get real exciting. It's held up fairly well using 7-PW I must say. I tried a hybrid with my first tarp; Straight through and found out quick that a ball bouncing around a basement at 130 mph is not fun.

I don't see much point in the batch delete, it's good to know where your misses are and to give you a true average, but better having it than not having it I suppose.

SkyTrak, you really need to sort out what gets synced and how this is shown in the skytrak site.
                            Side Angle is missing
The compare clubs selection just shows as one set, unable to tell which is which
The last shot is shown as number 1, when it should be no 27 (if 27 shots etc)

The range view needs to be a size suitable to the distance of the shot, or be able to zoom in. No point showing a 475y range view when hitting wedges and 7 irons etc. It's impossible to see a proper dispersion, which is the most important thing the kit is designed for.
