Hi Everyone, Does anyone have E6 for Skytrak. They are having a major putting issue. Backspin is set to minus 2500 after the update. Any updates on this? I have mine on a PC.

What a stupid and terrible Error!
I'm struggling due to the same issue.
When I took a look some statistics data from portal.e6golf.com, I could find that putter have very weird data.
spin numbers copied from the previous chip shot's. then every putting shot has the same. Ridiculous.
It is not possible to understand WHY skytrak and E6 team do nothing for it.
Unless this issue has gone, I need to do several putting to finish a hole. ball keep away from the hole cup. Terrible!

Same issue. Have needed to set my groups to no putting as a result. Experiencing random crashes since the dual Skytrak/E6 updates as well.Comment

They let me know yesterday that they are still working on it. I have so many putt misreads always. I am probably going to jump to a different software but not sure which one yet.Comment

I joined this forum because of this exact issue. Couldn't find anything googling, only indication of a problem is if you go to E6 Connect website support page and there's a pop up saying Skytrak and Trugolf are aware of the issue and working on a fix.
I'm fine to switch to autoputting for a bit, but now I'm wondering if it's affecting anything else related to spin. I did a bag mapping session yesterday in the Skytrak iOS app, seemed all pretty standard. Then I went to play a round in E6 and suddenly baby fades turned into full slices, and quick stops with wedges turned into 10 foot spin-backs. The slice I could reasonably chalk up to getting tired, but not so sure anymore.Comment

Hi All,
New to the forum but 3 months in without being able to connect Skytrak to E6 Connect. "Skytrak not found" is the message I get despite USB mode successfully connecting and uploaded most recent software.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? I joined this forum to find out if I alone am experiencing this issue. I've searched everywhere else and E6 staff don't have an answer for me.
Still haven't been able to use E6 and as someone said earlier, subscription wasn't cheap!

New iOS app version dropped with the putting fix, will have to try it tomorrow.
Simple Delight did you go through the whole unbinding the license after the free trial, or did you go right into the paid version? I don't have any experience using USB direct mode, just WiFi and iOS app.Comment

Looks like back to normal after updating with new iOS app.
After update, did some test stroke. so far looks OK. will do more practice to confirm whether the issue clear.
Here is a capture for test example.
