    Skytrak app issues

I'm having issues with my Skytrak app on my desktop, the issue is only on start up of the app on my computer, after hitting a half of dozen shots the skytrak app shuts itself down on my desktop and I have to close window (skytrak) and restart again. Anyone else having this problem? once I restart it runs fine. this never happened before until the recent update.

I have exactly the same problem mdakroub . Since the update sent after the Golftec acquisition, I have had lots of problems with the app. I dont have a super-powerful gaming computer, but it was great for running Skytrak and Kinovea for video recording. Now, the app just dies after the first few minutes of use or the Skytrak wont read shots. It sits there with the laser dot on the floor, but wont read a swing. Super frustrating since I sometimes have to restart both the app and the Skytrak to get it going again.

There was a potential fix on the server side to alleviate pulling down so much data at once during sync. Can you guys let me know if your issue still exists?

I've held off on the update, can anyone confirm the fix works?

I haven't had any issues for a week now since Seth posted, until yesterday the unit disconnected (yellow light) and connected back on it's own within 60 seconds. keeping an eye on it. My issue now since the update worm burners on anything other then irons Hybrids and Driver...again never had that issue for 3 years now until the new update, have no idea why and what the fix is...I hope someone can pitch in
      Working...
