Hi, I recently bought 2019 TGC and a new laptop. TGC worked in usb mode for 1 night and then stopped working (won't read the golf shots) and also skytrak app isn't working either. So I called support and they were trying to get me to connect in direct mode. I couldn't connect, support is now saying that i need to disconnect any antivirus on my laptop. Anyone have any incite on this?

We have seen very recently that antivirus now may be causing missed shots or unit disconnection. The first thing I'd want to make sure of is that when trying to connect in direct mode that you have the TGC interface completely closed (in the task bar open processes in the lower right), as the unit cannot be connected to two instances/apps at the same time.
