I am about to pull the trigger on a SkyTrak for my in home setup. Is the play and improve worth it or are there better options available for simulation play? Not sure how much sim play I’ll actually do since my space is rather limited and wedges might not be an option with my ceiling height at a little over 8’.

Hello Semper - It depends on what device you are using with SkyTrak. Will you be using a pc or iOS device? Also, are you looking at single player or local multiplayer options?-
I have the option for a PC or IOS I think right now my plan is to use my iPad to AirPlay to my TV. I’m really just looking for single player, as this is strictly for improving my game with a little play here and there. -
You have two options for course play with iOS! The PIP will grant you full access to WGT. WGT is single player only with 17 championship courses. You will have access to the online features and challenges through WGT. The other option is E6 Connect. With E6, you will gain access to 15 courses along with the on course practice modes. E6 has both single player and local multiplayer options. You will need an active GIP package in order to access E6 Connect. Both the PIP and GIP will gain you full access to the SkyTrak app!

WGT is complete trash. Do not waste the extra $ for it. I thought I would try it since it works on iOS and is the cheapest option for sim play with skytrak, but it’s honestly so bad it’s unusable.Comment

with some minor improvements you could hit more clubs. Maybe throw some padding on the ceiling and a shank net on one side, lots of people on here have done more with lessComment
