It actually is pretty good - but unless you punch a hole through the base of the claw (as I have), the tees still come out and fly around the room. By pushing a tee through the bottom it is more firmly placed in the claw and also react with the mat too.

I use the yellow jumbo brush tee which I put into the tee holder. I think it works great, the brush tee stays in place and is easily removed.

I just started thinking about the mat I picked up not long ago (with my net) and how it is going to work with Skytrak.
I have the unit, but I haven't used it yet.

Does anyone have a mat where you have a tee hole instead of the ones where you can just press a tee in anywhere you want?
I am going to guess that I cant make that spot work when using Skytrak because of the laser.
I guess this is where everyone uses the plastic tees that sit on top of the mat instead of regular tee.

Anyone have an experience with this?

            Best option is cold-weather tees:

I make my own tees for Skytrak using black duct tape from the dollar store. Just roll a small piece into a cylinder, and cut it to your desired tee height. Works like a charm. I've never had a drive not register because of a flying tee.

I second the tomahawk tees. No issues with shots registering and for me all their tee heights are perfect for driver, woods and irons
