Miss reads

My Sky Track is over 3 years, lots of rounds on it, have had very little problem, but now it sure seems like right about the 9th hole of a round by myself it starts having no reads! and then nothing! I have heard of a curtain or shutter or something, I would assume this has to go in and be repaired, anyone ever had this done? Cost time it takes to be returned?

I am patiently awaiting the Uneekor Mini, and will be going that route as SOOn as its available, or p[ossibly a Uneekor Eye XO if I can find one used, ang suggestions on going that route?

Hey Dave,

I have always had misreads (have owned for 7 years now), majority is mid to late round as you noted. Two years ago I did sent it in for a shutter replacement (I believe that's the maintenance performed). Still have misreads, so not sure how necessary the maintenance is but if it's happing often, may be worth looking into. Pretty sure its all located on the SkyTrak website. Believe the place you sent it to is in Alabama.

Well I removed the unit from the FMJ, the screen was filthy! it had a thick film of dust, so cleaned everything up, put it back in FMJ and everything is working really well! Guess I solved my own problem! Nowwww just waiting for the Damn Mini to be released!!!
