    I don't know what's happened to skygolf 360 it's really messed up.
    My skytrak says its syncing but the recorded sessions show the right days when I hit balls but the club selections are wrong. No matter what day I select it always says 9 shots. Those 9 shots are actually with a 6 iron however you can only view them under the latest session under driver.
    The data seems a bit mashed I can see there are 700-800 shots all registered as driver yet I can see from the graphs that they are clearly different clubs. Not sure when this behaviour started I suspect since v1.9.

    When will this ever get fixed? Tonight I wanted to check the spin on my driver but I can't - even for my historical sessions. It's been 4 months without it working properly. Total sh!t.

    Data sync fix will be included in the next release - that will be a huge weight lifted.

        Hello forum, lots of really good information here. Thanks everybody. I just received my new but was a "Demo" skytrak. The club selection and history are working great. Think my version is 1.9.1. Very happy with the system. Just waiting for tgc or e6.

            Any word on the sync issue? I have both SkyPro and SkyTrak .. Both applications have shot data but my Skygolf 360 shows 0 sessions and 0 shots .. I had called tech support but they referred it to development and I'm stuck waiting for a phone call.

              Seth,

              When will side angle be shown on SkyGolf 360?
              When will the range top view be usable?
              When will they show carry and roll distance dispersion plotted on sky golf (instead of having to view them on the app, which is no good for monitoring progress)?

              It took me about an hour to pull the data from SkyGolf and import it into a basic excel spreadsheet and then graph it, but this is a pain in the ass for something so basic that should have been done months ago.

                Hah.. Gotta love tech support.... They state that my brand new skypro and skytrak devices are not working which is why data is not syncing to 360. So they want to replace it. UGH. I see the swing data on my phone and ipad air. .What I don't get is why isnt' it syncing to my 360 account. What does the device have to do with data sync? Oh well.. Maybe it's me. but I find it hard to believe that the app and data are on my phone and they are telling me the issue is with the skypro and skytrak hardware

                    Yeah.. starting to realize that.. Unfortunately, not sure how else to get help .. Finally convinced one of the tech support people to actually 'call' the developers and they found out that my data was getting to 360, except it was all 0's .. so they wanted screenshots which I sent.. hopefully they figure out what's going on. Just sad that they run through their scripts and automatically try to replace the hardware first....
