Membership Problem

Hallo, i have a basic membership and this is correct shown in my Account.

But when i connect with the skytrak, i Cant use the driving range and it is written that i Need a membership to use it.
I dont understand this because i have the basic membership?

Have you any idea to solve this?

I solved the problem
