  • Skytrak Software Not Registering TGC Shots

    Hello Everyone,

    I'm looking for immediate help on TGC software and the issues I'm having with. Currently, I have a Skytrak simulator and recently purchase TGC software to my computer. I've tried every solution and even the likes of resetting my entire computer.

    Basically what is happening, when I'm on hole 1 on whichever course at TGC, the Skytrak laser will be on, all lights will be green, and when I hit the ball, it doesn't register plus the top light goes RED and says RED.

    I have all the updated drivers and checked with the Skytrak team to see if there was any issues with the simulator itself, and they confirmed that this is not a Skytrak issue as their software works and registers when hitting practice shots.

    I've sent multiple notes to the support team and haven't heard back. Looking for anyone's help or if they had a similar situaton.

    You need to verify TGC activation code is for the Skytrak not other platform. Contacting Protee support will be fastest route to solve your problem if skytrak has no problem registering shots in skytrak’s own program. Hope this helps.
