I am having all kinds of issues right now. I could not get TGC Skytrak interface working, it kept crashing after a few seconds after launch. I tried updating and restarting the computer and that didn’t work. I came here to the forum and I couldn’t get this forum page to load either (error message says this site can’t be reached). I went to the Pro-tee United site to see if there was something going on and I saw that we need to install a new interface. I uninstalled the software and tried to download the new interface but I cannot get the installer page to open either (again, error says this site can’t be reached…..download.protee-United.com took too long to respond). All other websites on my computer are loading fine so I don’t think it is an issue with my internet.
I have tried reaching the download page and this forum page from Chrome, Edge, and even Safari on a Mac but none seem to be opening.
I can, however, access this page as well as the Protee download page from my iPad for some reason (hence I am writing this message). So I tried downloading the http://download.protee-united.com/sk...tgcstsetup.exe file on my iPad and saved the file to iCloud. From there I could download the file to my computer and have tried to launch and install there. I get the welcome to The Golf Club for SkyTrak Setup, choose Next, select the components to install, click install and then partway through the installation, it stops at File to Download and gives me a message “Something went wrong… would you like to retry?”. If I retry, I get the same error. If I click cancel, it says “Download error, click OK to abort installation”.
anyone have any ideas on what is going on and what I should try? I have sent a message to ProTee support but haven’t heard anything back from them yet.
I am also curious as to why this page only loads on my iPad but not on the computer.
