I recently renewed my game improvement licence but a couple of weeks later I was getting hardware provisioning error. Ran the update to Skytrak 4.4.0 but still couldn't connect to TGC19 and chat told me to ring support.
I tried the recent update today without success, when I went on the Skytrak range the centre line was back in the middle. On the camera setting, the only angle available was 1st person and offset adjust appears but nothing happens when I click on it. Hope all this makes sense and someone can help. I can't ring support for a couple of days. Thanks for any ideas
