I am having some trouble getting tgc2019 to work in the sim. I've been gone for 2 and a half weeks and it was working fine before I left but now when I start rapsodo and try to connect the box it connects for about 3 seconds and then disconnects. The message in the game is 'system not ready' and the ready to hit light never comes on. I have had issues with the updates not running for a while so I have not upgraded yet (and with the issues I'm seeing others having, not sure I want to). Ideas?

I have not updated to SkyTrak 4.4 and have no plans to do so anytime soon. About two weeks ago I experienced Rapsodo TGC19 interface connection problems... very frustrating. I then tried the Beta interface app following the directions posted in January 2023 by SkyTrak support. The Beta interface worked and I have been using it since to play TGC19 with no issues. Might work for you too - good luck!

SkyTrak_Jordan I get an error message whenever I try to download and install the TGC update mentioned there. It gets halfway along the download bar for the interface (the other two software options are deselected…but selecting them didn’t fix it either), and it says, “Something went wrong.. Would you like to retry?” Then it continually fails until I hit cancel. And the interface that had previously been installed is also gone.
