  • SkyTrak and TGC - Course List

Not sure where the posts I made were moved to, so I hope I'm duplicating my post?
Because I am a skytrak owner looking at TGC, I figured that Skytrak for TGC was the correct thread. Maybe I needed to create new thread?

The last post I had made was this:

Based on the TGC tour and corresponding events, very few courses actually match up with what the pro's play.

Is this because those courses aren't available?

TGCTours is the online home of competitive video game golf for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation users around the globe.

Also, is there a way to search online for specific courses?

I'm just trying to due my due diligence as a potential buyer of TGC.

Mostly, I'm looking for these courses - Real and not Fiction:
    • Royal County Down – opened in 1889, this legendary course is consistently ranked among the top-5 courses in the world, host of multiple international championships. Guests on this trip will play this course twice!
    • Royal Portrush – the only Irish course to host the British Open! Home of major champions Graeme McDowell and Darren Clarke.
    • Old Course at Ballybunion – legendary and historic, ranked No. 8 by Golfweek in Great Britain & Ireland, with Tom Watson as a past Club Captain.
    • Old Course at Lahinch – Old Tom Morris and Alister MacKenzie amongst the designers, ranked No. 11 by Golfweek.
    • Waterville Golf Links – a top-5 course in Ireland, first opened in 1889 and renovated in 1973, with Payne Stewart as a past Club Captain.
    • Tralee Golf Club – Arnold Palmer’s first European design, a links course at its finest.
    • Trump International Golf Links at Doonbeg – designed by Greg Norman, a marvelous links layout on the Atlantic Ocean.
    • Old Head Golf Links – one of the most spectacular and recognized links settings in Ireland.

You can buy the software really cheap as a video game. I did and use it for a first look at new courses. There are some amazing creations and some horrible ones. it's better testing one while sitting down. I stick to the good designers. I bought it in January. There were 50k courses. There 80k now. More are created every day.

Set up a steam.com account and you can buy the game there and then you can get it on any computer. I think it is only $19.99
