Registration transfer

Newbie here guys. Just bought a SkyTrak on an auction eBay got it home and appeared unopened brand new in the box. I set up an account turned it on went to register it. It’s already registered but it works. I use the driving range. Everything is fine but it’s registered to James Eby does anybody know what I can do? Can I get subscriptions for this? Thanks.

When I bought my used Skytrak, the previous owner had to contact skytrak and "release" the ownership so that I could proceed. You might want to see if the seller on Ebay can do that for you- it's just a quick phone call.
