Soon to be Skytrack+ owner

Hi all,

I just dropped the change for a Skytrack+. Moving to this from Rapsodo MLM2Pro which never has worked well.

I am hoping the Skytrack+ for the money is significantly better than the MLM2Pro. My biggest problem with the MLM2Pro was flakey connections to my iPad and using various Golf Sim software. Since obtaining it on the first release in April I've never made it past 6 holes in a simulated round without being kicked out and losing the entire round.

In sharp contrast, my buddy with his R-10, we have played many 18 hole rounds with 4 plays without a single error.

Anyway, I'm hoping for the best. I don't need perfection, if it misses a shot or two I can handle that. But losing connection and dumping out of games, hopefully does not happen.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I just posted asking for experience with the skytrak+ from others. I had to send mine back due to it always disconnecting. When it worked, i reallly liked it. So im considering ordering a new one to see if i have better luck. But i want to hear from other owners to see if mine may have been just bad luck. But ive already heard from one person (on another forum) that he had the same issue.

Please let us know how it works for u once u’ve received it.

Many options out there at that price point including Eye Mini and BLP/GC3. Keep us posted. Unfortunate with MLM2PRO.
