Recent update slow to load, is it just me

So I have the old skytrak, updated the software to 4.2.2. All seemed fine. Closed it and then proceeded to open TGC2019, and it would connect then close and not open the interface. Then I searched and noticed TGC needs update. Well, it's been over 2 hrs and barely halfway through the update files. IS this supposed to fix the issue of TGC not opening?? This is ridiculous for an update to take this long. I really hope this fixes the issue. I am surprised there is not more threads on this and issues from others, or maybe people are still playing golf outside and not even aware of these updates. any assistance would be appreciated. Also in the event these updates for both skytrak and TGC still do not work, can I download the previous versions and have them work?
Sadly was gonna play tonight but being 10pm and still updating, this will not be the case.

All good. when updating TGC2019, ONLY update the interface, uncheck the box for full update. then the ne and improved interface loads nicely. I like how you can level the unit now with the data on the interface.

Just got the Plus. It came charged? I tried to charge it, but just got the green light, not the yellow. Idk. Been trying to get this resolved for 2 weeks, but they keep dropping the ball. Tried to setup the launch monitor,but the Skytrak + unit was locked with a password?? Seems like someone previously owned this. What are the odds? Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you referring to when you click on SkyTrak in your Network settings, and it's asking for a password? If so, the password is "skytrakplus."
