When I try to register my Skytrak plus, it says, Invalid ESN: We do not recognize the ESN provided by this machine. (Or something close to this, I dont remember the exact phrase). Not sure if it has anything to do with it, but the SN on the bottom of the unit has an S at the end, but the number that the app tries to register doesn't have the S at the end (otherwise they are the same). Ive tried entering the full number with the S and without and no luck either way. I sent an email, but curious if anyone else has had this problem.
