Skytrak (old not +) randomly started reading phantom shots (shots I did not make)

I don't even know how to describe this issue. I've had my unit for years, and this problem only just started despite no changes to my setup. When I'm playing a round on TGC2019, the unit will pick up a shot that wasn't made. Typically it shows some crazy path like 18 degrees in to out or something, and it's just a 20 yard duff or so. Occasionally it picks up a shot that goes maybe 100 yards. I was thinking maybe my shoes were setting it off or something, but I don't know. I used to have occasional issues with failures to read shots, but phantom shots is new and very frustrating. I've even had a few times that the unit picked up a second phantom shot before I was able to redo my shot, which means I lost a stroke. Anyone know what to do about this?

Same thing happened to me with the original Skytrak, it only did it when playing in a tournament and then it only did it for a couple of rounds. maybe 4 or 5 times per round. I had the same exact situation, no set up changes. Then it never happened again, it was like magic.
