Registering the Skytrak

I recently purchased a used Skytrak and for whatever reason I can't seem to register it to my name? Anyone else have the same issue?

If the previous owner has registered the skytrak then it will be associated with their skygolf 360 account.

What they need to do is the same as de-registering a skycaddie. If they login in to the skygolf website and click account.

They will see a list of their products. The just need to click on the link - sell/transfer. Once they have done that, you will then be able to register the unit.
