As a UK subscriber I have renewal issues every year, and every year someone has to dial into my PC and fix it. Annoying!Comment

This is annoying. Every year it seems like something changes to the way we need to reactivate our subscriptions. I followed all the steps after paying for my renewal more than a month ago, and today it's showing in the SkyTrak app as expired. This should be a much more seamless process. Hoping they can fix this for everyone. Good luck!Comment

An update, I just did a quick chat with SkyTrak support, and it sounds like my renewal didn't show in their system, even though it shows that I had paid. About 10 seconds after getting on with Josh, he got me up and running again. Wish I hadn't needed to get in touch with support, but glad for the quick solution.
