    SkyTrak suddenly won’t register shots…

Have had it for a year in garage, it would register 90%+ shots for me. Just built new DIY hitting area, now have retractable screen and projector, but same setup otherwise. My one year subscription expired during build, so I renewed play and improve plan. Now my unit is measuring 10% or less of my shots. I thought at first it was a light issue as I am now keeping room darker due to projector, so I added overhead spots but still no better. I tried resetting unit with a paperclip (not 100% sure it reset) but no change.

my unit is now about 1/2 inch above ball level, it used to be 1/2 inch below. Could that be it?

Any advice? If not, anyone have customer service email for SkyTrak?

    thanks!!!

It is recommended to put Skytrak on the level of hiting mat. If you have metal protective case. Please remove leveling screws and put Skytrak on the mat.

Please check if you are not wearing White shoes or of the wall behind you is White.

Thanks for your replies, will try your suggestions. I do have a window behind me, light from that may be an issue… however, the window was there when the unit was working so not sure that’s it.

One more option for problem might be type of bulb used in the lamp in your room

The unit has the be at the same level as the hitting surface, If the unit is sitting higher you will see a lot of no reads.

Just figured it out… and came back here to see SkyTrak_Jordan’s comment… spot on. In the buildout and leveling process the SkyTrak got too high. Brought it down an inch or so and now all is good again!!!
