I have been struggling greatly to get Skytrak + to connect with TGC2019. I've tried contacting Pro Tee for support but am tired of waiting for replies.
I can use the Skytrak + perfectly fine with the skytrak software, i have the game improvement membership, and it is up to date. I have the TCG2019, and have installed, reinstalled, and have changed the security settings to allow full access....
I click on the interface and it will discover, and then show connected, the laser flashes on then back off, and the red check mark comes on. The game loads fine, and brings up courses or practice range, but the Skytrak unit stays in red check mark, no laser.
I've tried using wireless, tried using the USB cable....everything seems to be working fine up until the moment it connects, when the all lights go green, the laser flashes on then back off and the check mark goes red and stays red.
