Ok so a very strange one. I was using my SKYTRAK and everything was fine. I then left it on for a while without hitting a shot, came back and it had stop registering shot at all. So I restarted everything and same thing. I tried connecting in both direct and network mode, but same thing no shots registered. I then switch it to left handed, hit a shot and it registered . Back to right handed and no shot registered. I did a hard reset, but no change. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I replied to your PM, but am fine to discuss here if it's easier. I've never seen or heard of this before. The only thing I've ever seen that could be related is when switching handedness in the app, sometimes the laser reverts to the previous selection. I don't really know how you could miss this though, as putting the ball on the laser would clearly be on the wrong side of the unit. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling v1.9? In a last ditch effort, you could also try resetting the unit on the bottom by turning it on, and inserting a small paperclip into the hole in the middle brass insert. Hold for 10 seconds and all lights will turn yellow and the unit will reboot - this sets it back to factory defaults.

Thanks for getting back to me. Just to add a bit more information. As mentioned everything was working fine. We walk away for about 30 minutes and when we returned the right handed shots where not registering. The laser pointer is in the correct location. We only tried it on left handed because we happen to have a left handed golf pro in the Center. I already did the hard reset on the unit itself. I have also tested it on two separate iPads and on the E6 PC demo we had been trying out. All give the same results. No shots registered for right handed. I will try another hard reset now and a full uninstall and reinstall of the iPad app.
We really need help as this is one of out main sim units and we have quite a few event this week.
Thanks again.

Yes. I have just done a hard reset, and reinstalled the app on my iPad. Please see attached photos. First right handed, I hit several shots and nothing registering. Then left handed, I scuffed one shot and just manage to catch it so u can see it registered.3 Photos

Looks like Howard is also talking to you via email with some other options, but just grasping at straws, what is that red dot at the front of the mat? Is that red tape or a red light? The reason I ask is the same as when I asked if there was a club sensor...any other infrared light source in our field of view will mess things up.

Hey Seth, yes Howard is now assisting me. The red dot I think your talking about is just a plastic tee holder.
Howard mentioned a test PC app, but I am not sure what he is referring too. I think he has had to leave for a meeting, if it's not to confusing could you point me in the right direction.
