    Hi all, does anyone know how you actually go about getting technical support from SkyTrak? I am having a major problem with my unit and need an email or phone number to call, but can't find any contact details here or on their website.

    I would write Seth (skytrak) a PM on here. He will be able to get you in contact with the right people

      Thanks, I have done that's so will just wait patiently. Would be good to get an official support number or email address tho.

        Official support number and email address don't exist. You can use the live chats on SkyGolf's website but they're useless. Seth is your best bet.

          Thanks again. My device has pretty much stopped working, so it's a little concerning that it is so hard to get support when a serious technical issue arises. I just hope Seth see my posts and private message soon, as we use this device at our Golf Center, so can't afford for it to be indefinitely down.

            IGCtci I had an issue with my Skytrak a week and a half ago and Seth said he would look into it and the next day I received a phone call with a return number and repair and am due to get the unit back on Wednesday. If Seth can help he will and quickly.

              Seth ROCKS!!!!! without him I would be a Foresight owner. He really cares about the product and the company. Can't say enough about his customer service.

                Thanks guys. As good as it makes me feel personally to hear that, it raises a more serious concern about your experience as a SkyTrak customer and I've already passed this along in the hopes that we can make support easier to reach. I will say that I'm very impressed with the way SkyGolf staff has gone out of their comfort zone to learn a completely new product and I feel that the quality of support has improved immensely since launch. As that continues to mature, now we need to look at accessibility. As always, reach out to me here if needed, but we're all working to make the process better as it should be.

                  Seth..need urgent help I have a Skytrak unit that is less than 6 month old, it will not see any shots 3 green lights on no matter where i hit the ball from
