Red dot present, but won't read any shots on range

Hello everyone. My first post. I did do a search but didn't find anything on this:

My SkyTrak OG stopped registering shots in the driving range.

The red dot is present, the Driving Range is on and opened.

Normally happens, and still does:
I can wave my club slowly in front of the red dot and it will disappear for a split second and come back and the screen will display that message that says the shot was too slow to register, so I know it can see my club.

But when I take a normal swing: nothing happens. The red dot stays there and nothing is registered.

The mat hasn't moved, the device hasn't moved. I even cleaned the red dot lenses with a q-tip and wiped and vacuumed the other areas as well.
Seems clean and dust free.

I've hard reset the device from the bottom of the device.

I've not uninstalled and reinstalled SkyTrak.

Depending on what hand you are try hitting a ball so it’s the other hand. So if you are right handed try a left handed shot ( put skytrak between you and the ball ). If it picks that shot up it could be a fault with the right laser curtain. I can’t remember if you need to set it to left handed in the skytrak app or not for it to pick up left handed shots , think you may have to.
