Yes, it SYNCS but do you see the shot data from the range while you were in direct mode?

I thought it was cached and would sync later. I'm not 100% though as I always use network mode at range via tethering.

Yeah thought it does as MrHogan says? i.e., the direct mode range session data is still in my SkyTrak app on my iPhone 6 (i.e., cached), and when I get internet connection I can just sync that data to my SkyGolf 360 account which then syncs to my SkyTrak app on other devices (i.e., my iPad Mini 2) when it syncs to the SkyGolf 360 cloud? That's what "sync" means. FYI both devices are and were logged in using one unique SkyGolf 360 account username and password.

Maybe SkyTrak_Seth can chime in on this? Thanks.

Yep. I addressed this in another thread this morning:

It doesn't matter what mode you are in. As long as you are logged in while you are hitting the session, then those shots will be synced to SkyGolf360. Network mode syncs them as you go, direct mode will save them locally and then sync the next time you connect to the internet with the app open (unit doesn't have to be in network mode).

You will only be able to access that synced data/history with the game improvement package.

It works both ways...you're right, you can pull down data from the cloud onto other devices. Think of SkyGolf 360 as the data 'mother ship'. It helps keep all your devices in sync.
