Deuce I'm in the same position. Live chat said it was shipping (not shipped) 10 days ago. No word since. It seems like these guys try really hard to irritate their customers.

Hey @duece and mario, did you pay your CIP fee (case improvement fee)? I doubt it will ship they get the $29/year fee. By the way, that doesn't cover warranty issues either, just the privilege to use the case.

Quick update for all - Seth helped iron out the brokerage fees and they were credited back to my credit card. Seems like there was a mixup, the intention was there from the beginning from Skygolf to cover the cost. Thanks for your help Seth!

I haven't heard anything either... I'm in Canada and ordered mine last week. Was really hoping to have it protected before having buddies over to golf on e6 over the holidays. The only information I got was when I originally ordered it. Keep the fingers crossed!!!!!!

I placed my order on 11/29, received my unit on 12/2 and have not gotten any update or shipping confirmation on the case.

Can someone with the case provide the outside dimensions of the case at the longest/widest points? I'm looking to buy a hard case to store the SkyTrak in when not in use and transporting.

Finally got a shipping notice and hopefully delivery in a few days.

Received the case today. I know someone posted that they should have lined it with foam...so I was expecting to have to do some modification to it. Mine came with four foam discs to help cushion each side...so I'm not sure adding foam is really necessary. Overall I agree it's overpriced at $129, but worth getting it in the package deal. Included is a template to help install the level in the exact location....not necessary but a nice small touch. You could also see in the picture how long the screws for the legs are.

Mine arrived yesterday! I got a notice the day before that it had shipped (in Canada) and it arrived one day later. I only live a few hours away from the agency in Canada who ships them though. I'm happy enough with the quality of it and am just relieved to have it covered somewhat. It's expensive but I'm happy I bought it... now if I could just get some more simulator play...
