Projector and screen vs Net and 65" TV?

imho you can't beat hitting a shot into a screen its the natural flow of the game.

One other thing, I'm new to thisI already have the Skytrak. So if i go with screen and projector i would need recommendations. (25x25x9.5 Room)

That's a great size room. For a projector and screen, be prepared for the need of electrical and HDMI, whereas with a TV that's alot easier.
My room is 15 wide x 20 deep x 11 high. I have a 9.5 ft screen x 9.5 ft and hung it will flywire and crimps from the trusses. The nice thing about the screen is that as Mr Hogan mentioned, it's the natural flow of the game, but it can also double as theatre screen for movies and tv.

Lots of options, I would recommend getting a consult from an AV company for installation.

I use and epson 6030UB - probably overkill for you, but I like a REALLY nice picture.

I would suggest either an epson 5030 or 3020 both have zoom and lens shift and will give you a great picture. Do you have many windows/natural light coming into your room? If you do, go with a high contrast proj.

Also, because you have a deep room, don't get a short throw proj., stick with something with zoom/lens shift. You'll be happier that way.

Quick look, Pro's - bright/high lumens - cons - no real zoom, DVI/VGA input - NO HDMI. Real low contrast ratio - I'd say it's worth maybe $400.00 at most. If the bulb is new. That being said, yes it'll work. If I were you, I'd run 3 cat5e wires from your cpu to the proj. I would then get an HDMI balun set over cat5 (or just run a straight hdmi line and use an hdmi to dvi for the input (I'm assuming you have HDMI output on your PC).

Outside of the impact screen concept the alternative comes with benefits of it's own. I am using a Net Return and have just purchased a TV. As I play inside my house I don't want the noise that comes with the ball striking a screen so I can play at anytime of the night or day without upsetting the neighbours. Apart from that I do like really nice visuals and in using a TV I will be be able to enjoy the stunning graphics of TGC all the more. You can't buy any TV for this job and there are a few specs to look out for. One is Chroma 4:4:4 and another is low input lag (although this is less crucial for golf sims than fast paced games like first person shooters). Soon I hope to be playing TGC at 3840 X 2160 @ Chroma 4:4:4 @ 60 HZ on a 48 inch TV from a distance of 4-5 feet. I don't see a way of getting this quality of image using an impact screen/projector combo.

EDIT: I have managed to play the PC version at 3840 X 2150 @ Chroma 4:4:4 @ 30 HZ and was getting 30 FPS max on the TV linked above and it looks truly stunning! With a higher frame rate and next gen GPU's it will be incredible!
