Skytrak and Home network connection issues

I have spoken with skytrak help several times and can't figure this out so I was hoping that someone else may have had this issue.

My wifi is strong. My ipad has no issues connecting. No other device in my house has issues connecting. I am on WPA2.

Hoping maybe the skytrak person may actually see this.

Help!

I can practice because the device will connect in the direct mode to the Ipad.
I will not be able to play through WGT unless I can get connected in network mode though.

Seth, might it be possible to create a similar video for new users on Windows platforms?

Actually, yeah, that's a good idea. For now, the only real difference is that instead of going to iPad "Settings", you go to your wireless icon in the lower right of the task bar.

Of course the beauty of PC is you can hardwire (ethernet) and still do direct mode or USB with the unit and have internet without having to put the unit in network mode
