My room will be about 110" in height x 110" width and 16' in depth. Will that work fine to setup the Skytrak with a sim?

My room is 10' wide, 13' ceiling with a depth of 18'...my width is tight, and in terms of depth...seating in minimal. The biggest bummer is I have to hit to the right side / right corner of impact screen, because my mat is offset to the right & cannot be centered. Will it work yes. Can you be centered, no? will you hit a wall or two while tweaking your setup YES.

My room is also 10' wide. I don't think that standing off center is as bad as people make it out to be, and I still think that if a simulator option is savvy, they'll simply allow you to "slide" the ball positioning to your own center line.
The height is a little lower than you might want, depending on your height.
I stand about 6' or 7' back from my screen, so 16' should be sufficient.

Standing off center is no big deal just takes a bit of getting used to. Getting swings in everyday when there's snow on the ground, playing famous courses, sharpening the game when it used to sit stagnant for months and get major rust....I can handle standing off center. Good luck with your setup

You don't need a huge space, but I still think height may be your biggest obstacle, especially considering your height.
Have you taken a few practice swings in your room? If you can fit a swing, you can fit a sim, you may just be giving up some of the luxuries (like hitting from the middle). Also consider that you'll probably be losing a couple of inches of height after you put down a decent hitting mat, and whatever ceiling protection (if any) you decide to go with.

My room is 12' wide, 9.5' high and 18' deep. I lose some of the width though b/c I have a soffit that comes out from the left wall (I believe it comes out 22" and down 8"). I originally was just slightly offset but after a bunch of shots got the soffit with my driver (was a non-issue for all other clubs). I'm now more offset and don't come close. Your height will be a little restrictive with driver. You'll also need to be fairly offset with only 10' of width. With the skytrak you could move it with different clubs (less offset with 5i-putter and more with longer clubs) however I find it to be a pain and just deal with the offset. I don't know which software you are planning on using but some of them let you change the target lines to account for your offset. TGC doesn't do this yet but obviously it isn't available for Skytrak yet. Not sure about the Skytrak range.
I'm 5' 11.5" as an fyi.

14X14X9 here. I had tons of reservations, but it ended up working pretty well. I can swing a driver, but if you are close to 6ft.....prolly not. However, I really built it for me! Even at 14ft, I didn't feel comfortable with the tee exactly in the middle. I have mine offset about 6inches and no issues. It would be awesome if you could move the range centerline a bit with some of the software.
