Ball Flight Incorrect After Upgrading to v2.0

Ok I took my SkyTrak out to the range (only 3rd or 4th time I've done this, first time in a while and first time since upgrading app to v2.0). Getting strange readings and ball flights - i.e, many shots that were clearly draws on the range show up as pull slices on the app and vice-versa for some fades (primarily on iron shots). Anybody else experiencing similar problems?

Didn't seem to have this problem in previous range sessions prior to upgrading to v2.1?

this is concerning. While I've never taken my skytrak to the range to compare, I've certainly been very "trusting" of the results displayed. The only issue I've had of late are that hooks go WAY far for me. I hit an 8 iron 190 yards last night that I hooked. My 8-iron hook is typically 160, standard 8 iron is 150-155. These have been concerning (all through e6 though I need to test on skytrak app)

Yeah a bit concerning hence I made the post.

I'm wondering will side spins be off (i.e., so far off like reversed) if unit not properly leveled or aligned (though I leveled and re-leveled many times during session even turned on alignment mode a few times to make sure it's perfectly aligned)? Is it the range balls (though I've used ST on this range w no problems before) or a few particular range balls causing the problem? Or does ST degrade over time and frequent use (have had mine for almost 8 months now)? Or it's something they tweaked in v2.1?

Absolutely nothing changed regarding image capture, ball measurements, or ball flight in v2.0. v2.1's only change was slight driver distance improvement. Could be a number of factors. Was the sun out? Were there black marks on the ball for it to track the spin? I typically have less than stellar results on shagged range balls. Not saying that was the case, just trying to find the variable.

Was early evening, no sun and cloudy. Yeah I'll assume it might just be some bad range balls (as didn't happen on every shot - just a few of them) as my experience so far w ST is that it is quite accurate (except driver and esp driver in WGT). Was just a bit concerned - will test out next time on range (using only clean newer balls) and report back.

Now the other question posted by myself and Nigelfea, that perpetual and won't-go-away "WATIING TO SYNC..." after switching to Direct Mode and back to Network Mode is really getting a bit irritating and does slow down performance of range app...

If you change modes (or get internet connection), try restarting the app. Also, make sure it goes to 'data synced' on the dashboard before you go to practice and start hitting shots. I'm going to be revamping this whole sync process in an upcoming release to address some of these issues. I agree, it can be frustrating.
