E6 and projector

I experimented with my projector was was able to get the Skytrak software work well with my projector after setting the resolution to 800x600, but while trying to play E6 demo course it still does not function. E6 will start but the Skytrak does not read and once you take your first shot the top light goes red. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

How old is the computer your running? Specs?

Never had any issue with projector and E6. Worked well other than laptop being slow as molasses and taking forever to render shot. Alienware is on the way and am looking forward.

Computer is less than 3 years old Core I7 processor don't remember the model of the graphics card but its it s higher end NVidia I do remember that. Shot processing time it real quick, like 2 seconds.Running Windows 10

I can start E6 but as soon as I swing the light goes red on the top of the Skytrak unit like it read the shot and then E6 goes into never never land and never renders the shot and the red light on the SkyTrak never goes back to green. I did solve the projector issues I was having the other week with the entire projector locking up by changing my resolution to 800x600, now the SkyTrak software works great but E6 still not operating properly.

Very strange, normally when the top light goes red it's processing a shot. So it sounds like your ST is like you said.....Locking up. I was having problems before and I would go into the E6 menu, then back to the game/range and all would be good.

Yes I have experienced the top red light issue and gone out of E6 and come back in, got this suggestion form some others, and this works when using just the PC not when the projector is hooked up.

I played around with this a little last night here is some news finding but still no solution. When I immediately plug in the projector it re sizes my computer screen I guess to fit the resolution of the projector. As soon as it does this I lose my mouse pointer in E6, so essentially it freezes up the application. This is very disappointing as having the screen image really elevates the experience rather than hitting to a blank white screen. So I find myself using the Skytrak software more than E6 as it works fine with the projector.
