Has anyone tried the Skytrak app on an iPad Pro? I'm curious about whether the A9X chip decreases the shot delay as compared to the A7.

I've not tried it but based on what I have read on the speed differences of the chips I would guess it does. It is certainly faster on pc than my ipad air, now if the thing wouldn't keep flipping to right handed while im trying to hit as a lefty.

Yeah I have one of my older pcs in the garage until we get a decent simulator and it is an AMD quad core 3.2ghz I forget the model its about 7-9 years old with 4gigs of ram on win7 32bit with a GeForce 9800gt (old ass video card haha) and it is showing the shot starting in about 1 sec, about the time the ball stops moving after it hits the screen and bounces twice. The ipad air is about three seconds I would say. On a side note this old video card runs E6 just fine, im sure perfect golf and the golf club will need something more but e6 said gtx360 or something but it runs fine on older if anyone was wondering,

Did you have an iPad Air before that? Noticeable difference in speed? Any significant increase in user experience with the bigger screen? My iPad Air stopped working, so I've been using my daughters iPad mini and mini4 while waiting for the iPad Air 3/pro9.7 to come out...but lately I've been wondering if I should just get the 12.9in pro.Originally posted by jwest68 View PostThe delay on the Ipad Pro is roughly 1 sec to 1 1/2 seconds. Direct mode.
