Target green shot history on app v2.2

Just been doing some target practice work on the new greens feature in 2.2 however when I look on the app shot history and click on the green icon under green performance all I get is a blank screen.
Is this common or am I doing something wrong?
I can see the shots online but there is no indication of the hit/miss % in the online data.

Yeah, online hasn't caught up yet to display the new feature. But for your local display...are you on iPad or PC? What if you try swiping that blank performance screen up? I got that a long time ago in testing and realized that the screen was simply scrolled down, but haven't been able to reproduce it since.

EDIT - I was just able to reproduce it in practice after doing a few sessions with multiple greens and changing up clubs, but not in Profile History. I will continue to test tomorrow and see if I can pinpoint the issue. The blank history may have something to do with number of greens or number of clubs used. Thanks for pointing that out!

How do you get the greens to show up on the range? My iPad said it was updated, but when I opened up the app the only change I could see is that the driver wasn't automatically selected as the club you are hitting. I couldn't find a way to get the greens to show up. What am I missing?

Do you see "Practice Greens" on the left panel under total distance? There should be a little gear there that you tap on to bring up the configuration screen.

Got the green settings! Thanks for the heads up on location. One question though is if I'm looking "first person" view I can't see the green that I'm shooting at. I'm pretty sure I set it for 155 yards, which I would think we would be able to see a good portion of the green we are shooting at?

Ok SkyTrak_Seth / Seth, took my ST to the range and happy to report no more sync issues going from network to direct back to network mode. Thank you!

However still a few bugs (most have been flagged already):
- Any session using any target green(s) does not show up under Profile->History locally but does get synced to SkyGolf 360, though SkyGolf 360 still not showing all the shot data (i.e., side angle, etc.). Maybe time to improve SkyGolf 360 like someone else had suggested and we won't really need local History in app anyways as it currently requires app to be connect to ST to be able to even view.
- PDF export files show distances and deviation/offline in meters as yards.
- And lastly, seems like trigger more sensitive than previous versions - i.e., I can waggle my black 3 wood (or even just move my feet a bit at address) and the laser dot goes away while top light goes red and then comes back again w extremely high frequency. Maybe similar issue/bug w the false/ghost shots in TGC?

Haven't tried any of the challenges yet. But there were very few bugs in the challenges before so I'm sure all should be fine there.

All in all, you guys did a great job w v2.2.2 so thank you again. If can work out some of the minor bugs above and improve SkyGolf 360, all would be perfect =)

We can keep it here, as the only bug you mentioned that I'm not aware of has to do with practice greens in the profile history. So you're saying you see no entry at all for that activity? Your "master" practice session with all shots should be the date entry on the left. All practice green performance data should be under the green icon on the right. And you see neither?

Yeah. I did 2 sessions (one w/o ever using practice greens and that one shows up, and another using practice greens which does not show up). No green icon under "Green Performance", just "---"?

Reason I put in this thread is because "Target green shot history on app v2.2" missing (but did get synced and uploaded to cloud on SkyGolf 360 though).

Also I had done 2 previous sessions using target greens and I don't see entries for them at all (i.e., no line of session w that date when session was done)? But again the sessions show up in SkyGolf 360.

You're on the release version of v2.2, right? Not the one I let you guys test drive? Can you reproduce this every time? ie do 1 practice session, check history. Do another session with green, check history. If missing, shoot me a screenshot and a log. And is it 1 green or multiple greens in the same session?

Yes using latest v2.2.2 of the iOS app.

So basically I've done 4 different sessions on 3 different dates since upgrading to v2.2.2 on 2/26. They are as follows:
- 2/27 session (multiple greens in same session using network mode at home) does NOT show up in History but shows up in SkyGolf 360
- 2/29 session (again multiple greens in same session using network mode at home) does NOT show up in History but also shows up in SkyGolf 360
- 3/2 first session (just normal range session w/o using any greens in direct mode at range) does show up in both History and SkyGolf 360
- 3/2 second session (using multiple greens in direct mode at range) does NOT show up in History but again shows up in SkyGolf 360

Screenshot attached for your reference. FYI 1/31 session was the last session that was able to sync before the latest v2.2.2 upgrade (all sessions in between have disappeared since upgrading to v2.2.2). Thanks.

Since your data has been synced, can you try deleting the app (hold the icon for a second until it starts to wiggle, then click the X). Then install fresh from the app store and let it sync. After sync is complete, do you now have green icons in your local history?

Ok completely deleted app and reinstalled fresh on my iPhone 6 but still no green icon(s) in my local history (see screenshot attached)?

Could it be that sessions w multiple greens used in same session just do not show up? This weekend will try a session w just a single green (i.e., never change the green distance for that session) and see if it shows up in local history. If so, then looks like we can narrow down the culprit to multiple greens (i.e., greens of different distances - or size/shape I guess) in same session...

I haven't really been looking at shot history on the app, but yea, that seems wrong/broken.

Maybe dsailer can chime in too to help us get to the bottom of this as I think he has seen same/similar problem?

Hmmm, so the only variable I can see now is that you are on iPhone while I use iPad and PC. I wonder if it could be an iOS version thing??

BTW SkyTrak_Seth / Seth, I think I might have figured out a lead on why my sessions using target greens are not showing up under Profile->History in app but shows up in SkyGolf 360. I did a couple of sessions at range and sessions w target greens miraculously showed up in my Profile->History and there are green icons under Green Performance as well! But then I did another range session today using target greens, and like before, it does not show up in Profile->History in my iPad app (but shows up in SkyGolf 360). The only difference I can remember between the sessions that show up under Profile->History w Green Performance icons and the sessions that don't show up in Profile->History in app at all is the latter I manually deleted some shots during session (while I think the sessions that show up under History w Green Performance icons I don't think I deleted any shots). So deleting shots in a session causes that session to not show up under Profile->History in iPad or iPhone app?

Could be because the app is confused when you delete shots thus messing up its calculation of % of greens hit?

SkyTrak_Seth / Seth, we figured out that if you delete shots then shot history w green icons does not show up in app under Profile->History and you will fix in next release. Here is another bug (not sure if it's a v2.3 bug?): If you don't delete shots, your shot history w green icons showing target yards, # of shots, # of hits, # of misses and % accuracy shows up on the iPad or iPhone device you used w your ST to hit those shots; however, if you sync this session to another device (that you did not use to hit the shots with), then although the shot history and green icons show up, the target icon shows only # of shots, # of hits, # of misses and % accuracy but the distance yds show up as zero?

So basically I hit shots w my iPad Mini 2, and the target green history on it is perfect w everything in place (assuming I don't delete any shots). However, if you sync shot history from cloud onto my iPhone 6, although the shot history shows up, but if you click on the target green icon, the first column "Distance Yds" shows up as "0" across the board?

Let me see if I can reproduce and squeeze in! I'm guessing the same would happen if I just synced, deleted app, and resynced on a fresh install.
