I love this thread and agree with 99% of the comments. I bought my skytrak in march and like a lot of people here, have used it predominately for practise more than sim. I live in grand cayman and our only available driving range is with floater balls and into water with no real designated distances. So bought a net and mat as well to setup out the back of the house. Banging irons into it from all distances. Making sure my connection and swing is solid for the lower irons and then from 130 in, practising all different types of swings with clubs to hone distances down. Have dropped from 16 to 9.4 on my handicap. Increased my GIR from 6/7 max to now a consistent 10/11. Now have "upgaded' from callaway apex 2014 irons to apex pro 2016 - picking them up today and CANT WAIT to initiate all my gap testing and swings again to maximise my purchase. Love love love skytrak. Great piece of equipment and would recommend to anyone that is serious in improving their golf game.

I just started playing golf last fall at age 45. I've had a few lessons, and spent a lot of time at the range trying to become an ok golfer. I bought Skytrak a few weeks ago, hitting it into a Netreturn. So far I think it's been a help. It was slightly finicky to set up at first, especially since I had to get a wifi extender to get a signal in the garage where I use it. It misses a shot occasionally, but not too bad. Seems like it relates to a connection getting lost temporarily before re-connecting. So still a bit of room for improvement on that front. I've only been using the Skytrak driving range, target practice, and long drive activities so far, no simulations yet. I'm using it to focus on improving my contact, shot shape, getting repeatable shot direction, and understanding my club distances. I do think Skytrak is helping me progress on this front. The sidespin/tilt helped me to understand where my excessive draw was coming from, and I'm able to experiment with things to try to help tame that. It's also much easier to track distance and dispersion of my shots/clubs on Skytrak than on my range where it's sometimes hard to see exactly where balls are landing, distance-wise. It's great being able to practice, even when I only have 30 minutes in the morning or night, compared to driving 20 minutes to the driving range which limits my frequency of visits. So I'm very pleased with my Skytrak experience so far.Comment

Absolutely love the SkyTrak!!!!! I pre-ordered and have had mine since release and can't imagine being without it.
The launch and subsequent release of Sim partners was a little bumpy and frustrating and SkyTrak would agree with that. The waters have calmed and the SkyTrak is in my opinion the best thing for your golf game. Best value out there and I look forward to future enhancements and features!!!!!
