  • skytrak PC app won't go past loading screen

    Looking for some help here. I've been using my skytrak for about 3 weeks now and am currently on PC version 2.2.2 I haven't had any issues except tonight. The app wont load past the initial startup. It flashes the "powered by rapsodo" page and then just sits there and says loading. I've tried restarting my PC, I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app several times now with no luck.

    Any ideas? Any help is appreciated.

    Same thing happened to me. I accidentally hit the fullscreen/window button in the upper right corner while it was on the loading screen and it moved to the main screen. I've repeated it a few times successfully. You might give it a try

      Thanks, I was finally able to delete every trace of the app on my PC. I then reinstalled it and was able to get past the loading screen. Now I have a new issue, the app is telling me that my 30-day trial has expired and that the unit needs to be registered. When I go to register the unit it says it's already registered to the user that's logged in. I've been on the phone with customer service and they don't have a clue yet. I've cleared out all the network settings from the skytrak unit itself so I could start completely fresh and that doesn't help either. I've also tried re registering the unit on skygolf website, after I enter my serial number and it goes to the next page asking me if I would like to apply a package I click on the basic range package and hit submit. It kicks back and tells me that that membership package does not apply to my SkyCaddie unit. This whole thing is getting very frustrating and it doesn't help that I just got a new driver today that I was really looking forward to testing

        I'm having this issue with my iPad now. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and that worked only once. Now I'm getting the loading screen again.

          I had the same thing happen on an iPhone. This had never happened before. I tried 3-4 times to restart the app and unit - nothing. I deleted the app and re-installed and restarted the app and then got to the login screen, and clicking "submit" did nothing. Weird thing is, I was about to chat with skygolf customer support, decided to kill the app/unit one more time and it started working. I'm guessing skygolf.com is/was having intermittent tissues. I can't imagine why else you'd get different results doing the same thing twice.

            Hey guys, yeah apparently their servers had an issue yesterday. Looks to be resolved, but please let me know if not.

                I had the same thing, got the error during loading. I finally got it to load by selecting different screen resolution. However now the top light stays red and doesn't register any shots. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

                  Happens to me every time now, but when I press the window/full screen button it moves past the loading screen and works normally. Strange.

                    Hello, did it happen to anybody recently? I am trying to download version 3.4.2 and it cant go past the loading page. It stays at 0%.
