So I am very interested in upgrading my P3pro swing to the Skytrak and TGC. I have built a simulator out in my shop building but don't have the strongest wifi connection from my house to the building. How much does TGC utilize the internet, is it every shot, or just downloading the course at the beginning of a round? I know there are options for increasing signal strength, just wondering if it has to be priority one! Thanks,

I have skytrak + TGC And had the same issue I decided to run a 75m Ethernet cable to my garage and it works like a charm. -
Thanks for the reply. Can you tell me does the course load and you're good to play or does it go hole by hole? I'm thinking if it's just a delay to download a course that's probably OK, if I have to wait between every hole or even every stroke, I'll need to do something different.Comment

It isn't every hole or stroke or anything like that. You only have to download the course once. Even "Online Games" (WOW,LoL,etc) put as much on your local machine as possible because of cost savings. Graphics , sounds , etc are all done locally. So imo I wouldn't worry too much about your connection for TGC.
