Will anything like HMT ever happen?

Just seeing what everybody's opinion of adding a HMT to the sky trak in the long run. Seems to be the only way to go these days but foresight make it so expensive.

I would say no, but you never know. I dont think ST was built with that expansion in mind. I think a new build with ball and club data would be more realistic. Of course a partnership integration with a club swing analyser like Skypro is always possible.

what makes you think that? What would stop integration in that sense? its all just data following one way or the other. Especially if it was integrated and calculations performed at the PC end?

I posted in another thread asking for skypro integration...or even enabling multi task. Don't think that would happen, let alone hmt. Certainly would love it though.

I don't get why they didn't integrate Skypro. It should not be that hard.

Skypro integration would be great. Even if they didnt do a full integration of all the data points. It would be good to at least get club speed (which would replace the calculated ClubSpeed field on the skytrak range app...and could also be passed to TGC and other sim APIs). Maybe also add Angle of Attack to the skytrak range.

Just those 2 values would be good. We would then see proper smash factor as well.
